shall be paid latest 30 Jan 2021 through your Roshan Digital Account / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Credit Card in favor of “Defence Housing Authority Islamabad“. Membership Fee, Mosque Fund, Documentation Charges, GST (General Sales Tax) shall be paid along with Confirmation Payment. Advance Tax (if applicable) shall require to be deposited before issuance of Allotment Letter.

Please be advised that failure to deposit (Confirmation Payment) in time shall result in cancellation and re-allotment to applicants on Reserve List. Late payments of installments shall be subjected to 6 Months KIBOR + 5% Surcharge which shall not be waived off. On failure to deposit two installments, allotment shall be cancelled and deposited amount shall be retained / forfeited / deducted as liquidated damages and not a penalty.

Last installment shall be payable before the possession of your Plot after which Allotment Letter shall be issued by Transfer & Record Directorate subject to clearance of all other dues from Finance Directorate. Possession of your property shall be obtained from Town Planning & Building Control Directorate after following given procedures.
