DHA Phase-I
Phase 1 was launched in May 1992 and is situated in the serene and picturesque loop of Soan River close to Grand Trunk (GT), following the asymmetrical terrain of the Pothohar. Phase 1 is spread over an area of approximately 11000 Kanal providing over 3100 Residential plots. This phase has been divided into six sectors and is fully developed with all amenities, taking care of your principal as well as your leisure needs. Construction activity is in full swing, above than 1500 families have occupied the houses while more than 500 houses are under construction.
