” History of DHA Phase 5 Islamabad ”

This was the land of Commoners Town which was the project of Al Huda Associates, present on going their project on Murree Expressway on the name Commoners Sky Garden, DHA purchased all land from the Commoners Town management and made it the part of Phase-II Ext, that time DHA change name of all 5 Blocks which are following

Block Name DHA-II Ext
A             AC (It is part of Ph II)

B             BC
C             CC
D            DC
E            EC

Emaar Canyon Views was also a part Phase II Extension,

DHA also purchased some patch of land for new allotment ( For Officers ) adjucent land with CC and DC Blocks, after some period the management of DHA decided to merge it in to Phase II ( 2015 approx ) and added the new Blocks in Phase II which were the following…
