DHA Phase III Islamabad

Overview : 
It is situated  Opposite DHA Phase II ( World Trade Center ), adjucent with Zaraj Housing Society, Main G.T Road, Back side of Rawat City also adjucent with Bahria Town Phase 8.
This Phase contains 10 Blocks
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J &K
Block A is on Main G.T Road Opposite WTC. It is 60% develeped.
Block B is Old Garden City Zone 5 to 9 Bahria Town, now it is the part of DHA Islamabad, it is fully developed and ready for possession.
Block K was the part of New Pindi Housing Society. This is also 70 % developed.
Remaining all blocks are also in develeopment process.
It has 4 access from Major Roads.
1. Opposite from WTC, G.T Road.
2. Block K ( Old New Pindi ) G.T Road.
3. Japan Road.
4. Garden City Main Gate G.T Road
